Hey there. Welcome to the salon! My name is Cait Giles. I’ve been doing hair for 14 years. I also work as an educator for Redken to empower other salon professionals. I aim to create a comfortable and superior guest experience to everyone who sits in my chair. And all are welcome. It is my mission for everyone who sits in my chair to feel safe, seen, heard, and accepted. You belong here regardless of sex, gender, ethnicity, religion, etc. Any of the negative “-isms” of the world will be absolutely not accepted. All services are gender-free pricing. Any variation in pricing is based on time, amount of hair, or product used. I aim to be able to provide as many services as possible to as many hair types as possible, but I am not an expert in all things- it’s just not possible. If something comes up that I am unable to help you achieve, I will do my very best to help find you a stylist who will suit your needs. I am still learning as a stylist and a human, so all I ask is a little grace as we go on this journey together. I promise to continue seeking education and learning so that I can always provide the best experience possible with new techniques and technologies. Thank you so much for being here. There is free parking available on the side of the building next to the restaurant on the corner. ••••• If you arrive 15 or more minutes past your scheduled appointment, you may be re-scheduled and subject to the cancellation policy. (See below) ••••• Please only bring guests scheduled for appointments. I love your children and partners and want to hear all about them, but space is very limited, so stick to people with appointments only. If you and your partner or child are scheduled at the same time, I am able to accommodate this. ••••• All new colour or extension guests must have a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. This allows me to ensure I have all necessary colours/ extensions for your specific service. ••••• Refer a new guest- they’ll get 20% off their first booked service and you’ll get 20% off your next service after their next appointment. •••••

Cancellation Policy

To protect my business and respect the time of other salon guests who are looking for appointments, I ask that cancellations be made with minimum 48 hours notice. Services cancelled or altered less that 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to a fee of up to 75% of scheduled services. Same day cancellations or no-shows may result in 90% of the scheduled services. Multiple late cancellations or no shows will require a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings.
